About Us

ADR Education is a curriculum and program design consultancy supporting schools, families, organisations and RTOs. Our specialist educators bring experience across mainstream and specialist settings, including special education, Special Assistance Schools, VET, distance learning and homeschooling. We apply trauma-informed practice, quality research, and culturally responsive approaches, including embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.

We are 100% online.

Why choose us?

  • Saves money by reducing staffing needs: access curriculum expertise and production capacity without hiring additional employees.

  • Flexible outsourcing: engage us for small, medium, or large jobs - from a single unit or assessment task to whole-school scope and sequence.

  • Lower overheads: avoid the costs of extra equipment, software, onboarding, workspace, and management time required for in-house expansion.

  • Less reliance on contract staff: reduce ongoing contractor churn and associated admin, supervision, and compliance load.

  • Pay for outcomes, not headcount: clear deliverables, timelines, and classroom-ready outputs.

  • Cuts rework: strong alignment to the Australian Curriculum (including Version 9) reduces revisions and “start again” cycles.

  • Standardises resources and processes: shared templates and documentation reduce duplicated effort across teams and year levels.

  • Improves efficiency in assessment and moderation: clearer rubrics and processes reduce time spent debating standards and increase consistency.

  • External insight and quality assurance: a fresh lens identifies gaps/overlaps and strengthens curriculum coverage and coherence.

  • Reduces external spend over time: build a sustainable planning system that reduces the need for ongoing ad-hoc purchases or repeated consultancy.

  • Streamlines onboarding: new staff step into established structures and ready resources, reducing induction time and productivity loss.

  • Minimises compliance risk: robust documentation and alignment reduce last-minute fixes during audits, reviews, or reporting cycles.

  • Supports homeschool families: help parents understand curriculum requirements, gain clarity on learning expectations, and confidently meet relevant obligations.
